An easier way to do this is to set key frames per frame 30, 0, 30, then 0. If you have a longer project with the effect you can then copy and paste it for as long as you want. For my project, because I wanted the video to have a more consistent shake, I did 30, 15, 30, 15 and then I copy and pasted that effect until the end of my clip. Both give different looks to your footage

For whatever reason, this effect disappears on yt when video is watched in 30 fps.
