How to detect your Razer Device in Synapse 3

this should not happen with every device i register though, why cant you guys just fix the platform?

My keyboard still did not connect properly lol.

Worked for me! Keyboard wouldn't pick up but Mouse and Mouse Pad would.

don't configure hotkey in the Macro tab, do it in the Mouse tab. and if you just need autofire, don't even use the macros

You know you got nice and intuitive software when it requires a support video

i've tried a lot of this just to appear my barracuda x in synapse 3 but it dosent work... anyone?

doesn't work i have kraken tournament edition headphones and updated to windows 11 and am forced to use ver 3 and ver 3 fails every time to detect my headset. This is total crap.

Make synapse 3 available for MacOS aswell

Got it to work in the end had to install it as administrator.

uninstalled, reinstalled, repaired and still don't work, won't be buying any more razer products.

Watched and did EVERYTHING in this - and my Huntsman mini is still not connecting. Can someone help resolve this?

Had 2 razer headsets in the past 4 years....Still in mint condition never abused, but after 3-6 months my 2nd one i got from support keeps bugging and disconnecting, last one was just trash the battery stopped working and whenever it worked by using the wire to plug it in my pc it barely connected. My 2nd headphones Ive got to support is more decent than the last one but it just disconnects off my pc not making it work so no audio, or either not showing up in synapse still with audio but you really need to fix something in the synapse especially when im moving the USB connect to every god damn USB port.

Razer hypes itself up so much that people dont look at quality of it...(I am talking about headphones clearly not keyboards or mouse because I havent gotten one and might not since headphones are busted each time.)

unplug the bluetooth USB and plug it back in, only thing that worked for me

razer shit product never buy again back to logitech then hopefully there isnt any problems there

The Razor V2 for xbox will not let ANYONE edit profiles anymore ever since the last update...fix the shit Razor...big ass company that takes there time and ultimately won't do a GODDAMN thing...just make another update for the product you made and also how bout this have ALL your products connect with Synapses...if you say it's a Microsoft issue...allow me to update my controler with your shit Jesus christ....either that or get the fuck on
