The location of the area where the calamity worshippers are seems to be around the British isles as the psycop enemies seem to be wearing the clothes of a British policeman. But that's just my take on the location.

My theory is that: the enemy will ambush us because there is no fourth pillar shown

Listen i have a theory about the relic, (also i don’t think they discover the relic in night 1) So there were these green people who fought off the calamity long ago, but sometime down the line they were killed or corrupted, and the GDA found or reverse engineered the relic, maybe found since its probably very old. But the symbol engraved on it was able to revive these ancient warriors to fight off the calamity once again, along with any vengeful souls taken by the calamity. (Btw in TDX bread, there are two images about these green people and their corrupted counterparts. Called Origins)

In TDX chapter 3 we can use artillery and in TDS night 2 we can repair the computer with our money, its cool that we can interact with map and this is gives me flashback of d-day map from DD or atleast the BTD reference

just a note, ive asked the developers and the TB event isn't canon to the lore particularly nightmare mode
and waves of nightmare mode HW event isn't canon either (necromancer bosses and boss3s boss4s are NOT canon but engineer stealing xenon tech is)
calamity class entities are stuff like: calamity itself and void and they are kind of connected but void have been defeated in tb and no longer exists
John isn't a leader of gda but is just the person who's leading the charge of one of the assaults somewhere else (assumably in another factory site)
the reason why John mentions behemoth because this event is meant for the future as well, not just the current and will be reused so the dialogue will make sense in the future and current time when behemoth releases
mostly, I think we won't be going inside the portal for chapter 3 because we are defending a GDA artillery which means the Awakened is attacking us

Also if you look behind the portal on the Calamity map where the heretic is you can see, something worrying. A bunch of purple glowing Calamitys glowing purple. A horde of them you could say.
These guys are worshipping the Void thinking its Calamity, honestly hilarius. Next thing you know they are going to worship the Revenant.

Tdx isnt that good , but has interesting facts ... like WHY NAME AN ENEMY "ENGINEER" just add a nickname to it gee

i know ive already commented that on the block tales video but can you PLEASE make a video explaining the tds lore i find it quite complicated and i cannot seem to be able to find a single good video properly explaining, and i know you'd do a fantastic job

You have to check out the lore of the tds event cuz some things got intresting but here's what I know-

1. Lord exo is In a different dimension which serves as his prison

2. So this event was called the hexscape event in which took place after the solar eclipse event, and the frost invasion event took place after this event. The final cutscene of the event shows us a glowing eyes and a halo of the frost spirit, the boss of the frost invasion and the main dev of tds confirmed that the Christmas event will be a retelling of the frost invasion event to try fill some lore gaps. So frost invasion was not one of the first events in the timeline but took place after this hexscape event in which hexscape took place after solar eclipse.

3. After defeating the umbra a shard of the god cube went to a being called the drakobloxxer and this being did not get the shard on accident but on purpose by lord exo.

Let me explain the events itself rn. In night 1 some people called "the children of exo" needed to get to the hexscape dimension to contact exo but they had no real god cube shard, so they made a artificial godcube which worked and opened the portal to the hexscape dimension

Night 2- we face off against the hexscape creatures killing a being called the conserver, killing the conserver caused the drakobloxxer to be free and so in night 3, when we try to get out of the hexscape dimension and get home, we ended up reaching a whole different dimension that tds has no idea about, it turns out that tds has a whole realm network thing to see all kinds of realms but tds never knew about this dimension, this dimension was actually exo's personal domain and we entered it in night 3. The reason why we never knew about this dimension was because the conserver kept this place off the grid so we wouldn't know about it. But later we fight the drakobloxxer, the children of exo escape through the portal to whatever place and then we have some dialogue with one guy saying "initiate operation ICE" then we see glowing eyes and the glowing blue halo for the frost spirit.

After defeating the drakobloxxer which had the god cube shard, the children of exo stole it. So am guessing they managed to get to the frost dimension to get the frost invasion on tds by using a god cube the access the frost realm.

But let me know what you think of this

Dude how did the heretic and engineer get stronger in the nightmare mode?

My theory is: Heretic was defeated by the GDA army, vengeful for his defeat. He then trained himself, gave himself new powers and abilities, and wanted to have a rematch. He then asked the player for a rematch, and asked to meet him in the calamity map, while revealing the player a lot of things of the awakened, thinking that the player will die soon. However, the player has a rematch with the heretic, and defeats him, actually killing him for good. Or so you thought…

For Engineer, he basically did the same, but a few things were different. Instead of revealing information of the awakened, he started blackmailing the player to become a believer, and that he also merged himself with the fallen of the GDA. His merging basically made him level up, and become stronger. He then reveals his relationship with Dr. Xenon, and mocking the player for his stupidity and foolishness. He then sends out his “finest work” aka the nightmare corrupted predators, and also sent out a few non-converted predators he stole from Dr. Xenon, thinking they would be enough to take the player down. The player then defeats his creations, as well as the Grumbles, REDACTEDS, and anti-golems. At last, the Engineer returns, reviving the supposedly dead heretic to accompany him. He warns the player one more time to “make way for thy holiness”, and appears in the battlefield, as expected, both he and the heretic are defeated, (heretic got defeated three times lol), and killed for good.

Something I think is noteworthy to mention is that the lyrics to Vindicta (engineer's theme) imply that he was defeated before. He rebuilt himself back together using pieces of our fallen machines

Personal theroy, the Relics are a faction that fought againts the calamity for centuries in the background and may have been the original source of where the Herasy began
