Don't Pay More Than THIS For IEMs | Beginner’s Guide For Gaming and Music

IEM's are for me, a major comfort upgrade from headphones. I love my TinHifi T3+ and Truthear HEXA. But I would recomend everyone do their own research before buying, as IMHO, IEM's are alot about personal preference.

the truth ear hexa may beat the zero, they have been compared to the blessing2(non dusk) but for 80 dollars. and for just over 100 there is the senheiser ie200 which are oftn described as the ie600 but made with cheaper materiels to be more kind to the wallet.

"pervy waifu shit" sells to the people that are looking for chi-fi....if its your least favorite, deal with a company that is geared to the actual audio, not the demographic theyre aiming these " budget audiophile" weebs.

What really bothers me most is the fact that IEMs don't usually come with a microphone. So I wouldn't use any IEM when online gaming.

please help me out, I got the truthear Zero RED but I constantly hear static on my Behringer UMC22 but there is no crackling noise when connected on the Front IO of my PC, is this an Audio interface issue? or Is there some tuning I can do to fix it with my Audio Interface since I wanted the no delay mic monitoring.

Using iem for gaming for the first time, first week my ear canals are sore as hell, second week its not as sore as before, third week my ears finally getting used to. Sound stage aer meh, but at least its not messing your hair like headphone does.

surprised that the KZ ZS10 Pro by Linsoul was not mentioned. I tried these and the Truthear x Crinacle Zero, and the KZ ZS10 Pro was a clear winner. For $40 (when on sale), they are hard to beat imo

As someone who plays Apex Legends competitively and has regularly played in the same lobbies as pro players, If I'm using any earbuds with Balanced armatures or too much "detail" (treble boost), I have trouble distancing where enemies are due to the lack of tactility (?) of the sound.

This means on corner peeks, I cant tell as easily if the enemies close (so I need to slide around on them) or slightly further (so quick peek then retreat)

Also the question needs to be begged at some point of which is more accurate, sounds having their natural impact and therefore masking over other unimportant parts of the mix, or having completely flat tuning with that "crazy precision" (Different sounds being masked)

Also, to be very clear, While you hear "more detail" in the highs, I have actually went from my sennheisers to my gaming headsets and noticed entire low/mids sounds that I cant hear due to the excess treble. It's not as simple as "Oh my audiophile headphones give me more sound". It's "My audiophile headphones give me a different balance of sound"

So do IEM not have microphones? This is like my first or second IEM video

be real, anything over 60 to 80 bucks and thats pushing it is just not worth it, stupid insane prices, they'll be worth a higher price when they impliment 5.1 or 7.1 in them...

I am looking at getting my first iems. Debating on waiting on 300$ iems or just go zero red till i learn more. I listen to Digitally imported radio and play pc games. I like a nice bass that i can feel. As for games, i use to play call of duty on playstation but now i am on pc and can't hear foot steps, can't place enemy players, just over all call of duty sound experience on pc has sucked and i don't feel like playing it partially cause of that. Are you still recommending everything in this video?

After watching a few reviews now I’ve got the £50 Crinacle Zero. As someone who owns quite a few headsets and headphones, I have to honestly say that the Crinacle Zero easily beats all of them for directional audio and footsteps. Even just plugged into the PS5 controller it was very good, but I’ve plugged them into my old Turtle Beach Superamp and it makes the Crinacle Zero even better and with Turtle Beach Superhuman mode turned on, omg it makes the Crinacle Zero literally a wallhack IEM. I literally can’t say how amazing it makes this IEM for competitive gaming with the Superhuman hearing mode on this superamp. It makes the IEM also much louder. One downside is, they become very harsh, but I’m ok with that as it extracts so much detail from the frequency. You can’t go wrong for £50 and I highly recommend it
