Any ideas on a problem with Netflix not loading. All other streaming services work but for some reason netflix won’t load anymore.

My Samsung smart tv has been acting up since August of 2020 and I want to do a factory reset but the reset function is greyed out. I have tried everything even what you said to do and nothing works. I have completely removed everything from the inputs and had nothing connected to it and still reset is greyed out. Every time I turn the tv off and turn it back on it goes to broadcast tv and I have cable tv i don't even have an antennae attached to the tv.

Thanks, this just helped. Exit helped for Language change greyed out. Thank God I did not pay attention to the other videos that said go ahead and reset the TV to get language to stop being greyed out

Can anyone explain why there would be no reset option at all? In the exact same Settings>General tab when I scroll all the way down, Reset is not an option, grayed out or otherwise.

In order to set up over the air digital antenna channels, disable or delete the Samsung TV Plus app on the TV by clicking the center button on the slim remote as you select the Samsung TV Plus app. You’ll be asked whether to disable or delete the app. I disabled it. Then select TV as the input source and should see a green half-screen setup menu appear on the screen where you can then start the setup for the free TV channels.
This was driving me crazy for a long time. Thanks to everyone else’s comments to help me puzzle through it all.

When I loged out of gmail acc, the RESET button showed up normally
