If you have colored your cells before and want to sort them based on those colors, don’t worry. All you have to do is to go to the Data tab, then in the Sort and Filter segment, click on the Sort option. Then in the opening window, select sort by color and select the desired color. If you want to have another level, you just need to click on Add level. There are some things you can do with these next levels. For example, if you want to sort first by color and second by alphabetic order, you can set the second level so that sorts by alphabetic characters.
