Très chère Natacha, un retour sur une petite phrase que tu as dite : "je suis prête pour un marathon". Bien sûr que tu es prête. Même pas besoin d'entrainement grâce à ton mental en acier trempé.
La seule chose qui m'angoisse un peu, en tant qu'entraîneur d'athlétisme et d'ancienne marathonienne, c'est : comment ton corps va-t-il réagir quand tu "taperas le mur", vers 30km. Tu connais le processus : pendant une trentaine de kilomètres, l'organisme se fournit dans le glycogène. Mais quand il n'en a plus, il se fournit dans les réserves de graisse. Or comme tout le monde le voit, tu as zéro réserve.
Alors petit conseil, quand tu auras décidé de la date de ton premier marathon (on n'est pas pressés) n'oublie pas de faire un ou deux 32km, histoire de tester le ravitaillement qu'il te sera nécessaire.

The limited number of top 10 players allowed in WTA 250 rules is ridiculous. They’re absolutely the one that need top players the most. And to make it without top 30 next year is even more ridiculous. They’re basically relegating those tournaments as Challenger event now. What’s their thought process behind it really?

mi dispiace che non sei arrivata in finale, io sono siciliano e trovo assurdo giocare il torneo in estate perché le temperature sono altissime e non fa bene alla salute, il torneo andrebbe giocato fine settembre/ottobre quando le temperature sono piú normali, spero l'anno prossimo cambino mese
