What lacks with Journey today is there is ZERO passion behind the singing. Sure Arnel can sing. But he doesn't or can not put passion and feel in his singing. I guess you can't force a friend to like you (the lyrics). But when it's the parent of the lyrics (Steve Perry), there was always feel and passion behind that sweet tenor

There is no problem replacing Steve Perry as the frontman. This happened to other bands like Yes, Asia, Nazareth, Uriah Heep etc. It's better to change the vocalist if he is not fit anymore for the job than to stop the legacy of the band. Everybody has a time in this world. OKEY?

THE REASON SOME DONT CARE FOR ARNEL IS BECAUSE THEY KNOW HOW TOO LISTEN WITH THERE EARS AND NOT THERE EYES,YES HES EXCITING BUT JUST CANT SING STEVE PERRY'S SONGS,MAYBE IF HE COULD WRITE A GOOD SONG OF HIS OWN MAYBE HE WILL EARN SOME RESPECT

Who said steve perry can't sing anymore. Listen to traces ! Going to see this journey would be like going to see Queen without Freddie. Yes the are all great including Arnel! When a drummer and a bass player in both bands leave because "it's not the same without both singers",(their words) says it all. I'm a Queen fan I've seen them several time with Freddie and many more bands but I think Steve is the GOAT, as Freddie once said to a reporter.

I saw Journey live in 1981. They were amazing then, and they sound amazing now. That's pretty good for 40 years later! I think I'll go see them again.

Me da pena escuchar a journey con un vocalista que no tiene voz y se desafina y un baterista mediocre y muy desafinado, me acuerdo cuando journey era el grupo mas poderoso del mundo eso fue cuando tenian al bocalista mas bueno y con una vos poderosa como la De Steve Perry el mejor vocalista de todos los tiempo .
