And of course, there are no consequences for any of the people responsible for this wrongful conviction.

America solution to every problem “Lock them up!” And the streets are less safer than 20 years ago. The system absolutely failed them.

Anyone pay attention that this is a racist system that 90% of the people that were wrongly convicted and stayed in prison for 20 years or more were African-American which means the system was totally racist back then and most of the stereotypes and numbers that are created or falsified numberswhich means that reparations are due and owed

Wow this is❤ wrenching the least they could do is see that poor woman lives out the rest of her life without having to worry where she lives or how she's going to pay her bills or anything she needs help medication or whatever it is this woman needs from here to the day the good Lord takes her home needs to be provided for her,
They need to reopen the case and go after the real culprits no amount of compensation could ever give her back was she lost including her niece

RICCOH charges should be brought against the medical examiner, prosecutors, investigators and judge for gross professional misconduct and willful acts to defraud two people from their constitutional right to a fair and just judicial process that resulted in the wrongful conviction of two innocent people. Until medical examiners, prosecutors, judges and investigators go to prison, this criminal behavior will continue.

Even finger prints and dna are 'flawed'.
there's no such thing as a finger print match - only points of similarity. How many points of similarity? I don't think anyone knows. 5? 10? 24?
And when you compare the dna statistics with how many people actually exist on this planet it often leads to 100's of possible matches - not 1.

The procedure to apply for pardon from the governor is unconstitutional. Every man and woman has the right to cl the bond for the charge. There is NO limit on compensation. File against the city, County, and state under Admiralty Law.

So many Black people who are falsely accused and spend years in prison, when exonerated get no compensation. What I dont understand is that she picked up her four year old neice from Kentucky, the little girl was obviously injured in Kentucky but investigators didnt investigate the family the child had stayed with in Kentucky. This woman is so strong and lost so much. Governor Lee of Tennessee is a real redneck racist. God have mercy and let her be pardoned.
