Step 1. Attach a pom pom to a poly ball using a pearl headed pin.

Step 2. Continue pinning pom poms around the poly ball until the surface is completely covered.

Step 3. To create a hanger, loop a piece of satin ribbon and pin it to the poly ball.

Extension: Experiment with patterns, colours and sizes.
