*Yo utilicé 140 gr de mantequilla y 20 ml de aceite para darle más humedad, esto lo agregué después de acremar la mantequilla con el azúcar
*Los huevos los batí en una taza aparte para romper su estructura y los fui agregando en tres partes.
*Hornée por 1hr a 160-170 C y quedó suave

ОтветитьI tried your lemon loaf recipe recently and loved it so I’m going to attempt this. I could only find a 10 inch Bundt pan though and I think that can fit like 10-12 cups of batter. What should I do?
