I have been really talkative since my childhood. I cannot stop myself from talking. Whenever someone trying to speak to me . I never start at first. I have a bubbly personality so people approach me first and then I start to talking to them but I can't stop myself. Then people start to ignore me because of this they day I am really talkative .
My father is also very talkative people approach him first because of his attractive personality.

What I do (not consciously) is I have just learnt. That if you want to be more silent don't be too connected or trustingly with the people around you 😮 or is this just because of childhood
