The Ultimate Mead Yeast Test (20 Different Yeasts with Descriptions!)

Today we’re putting 20 different well known beer, wine and mead yeasts to the test to see which one is the best for mead making! Below you will find a list of all the yeasts and a ton of notes from this test! We brewed up a traditional mead for this test, so we are not dealing with any fruit characters or anything like that. As part of this video I wanted to deep dive into each yeast and give you some information about them. Hopefully by the end of the video you’ve learned more about these yeasts and found out some information on how to best use them.
