Gateway. Like jets you are gonna hear them. Lots of traffic congestion leave 40 minutes early to get to work Daniels is bumper to bumper.

McGregor hope you have big bucks flood wind hurricane insurance will bankrupt most people. It all flooded during hurricane Ian.

Paseo common folk are not going to live there. HOA is a pain.

Esplanade like Paseo is a rich man's homesite. Again HOA is miserable.

Ft Myers Beach is going to cost you big time. Properties are very expensive and insurance hope you are loaded. Oh and the pier it is not there and wont be for 4 or 5 years Ian took it out. Oh and don't go in the water without shoes, storm debris.

The river district they got 7 feet of water during Ian. Hope you have lots of cash for flood insurance. People downtown had boats for neighbors after the storm.
