Just got this for free on Steam a few days ago and I have this exact same hardware....might give a try

There's Something definitely off with this game... Even at 8K its using less 5GB of VRAM..... Where as at 8K COP Black iii Cold War uses 21GB of VRAM..... Whats the matter...

Mh... How does it come, that your GPU is full load and in boost at 1900+ Mhz but the heat is only at 55°C ish ? If iam playing this game on my RTX 3090 Palit with 1900 ish Mhz clock speed i am easy at 80°C and 2350 fan speed. :/ The setup is all new btw so no dust. Iam using ThunderMaster to record my GPU_temperature

I am noticing a lot in recent and even older games like this the framerate seems to just hang around the 30's to mid 40's at 8k. Very few examples I have seen go higher. Curious if it has something to do with the memory bandwidth?

How you get the RTX 3090 always on 99-100% LOAD? My is running on 95-96% with an I9 9900K. And what kind of Monitoring you are using? Is this de MSI-Afterburner?

How did you add 8k resolution to your resolution? I have a c9 and a 3090, tried in the Nvidia settings doesn't work for any resolution above 4k. I get a black screen :(

Can you try Metro 2033 OG? Not redux, that looks much better and cleaner with all the particles than those redux versions..

i have the msi rtx 3090 and yes it's a BEAST graphics card but you gotta think about the card is made for 8k with future games that supports dlss but old games that don't support it and can run really well already why not give it a try. I know with my gaming monitor 45 or 50 feels smmoth already so 30 fps in 8k on this game should be fine if u got a good monitor. i got metro redux 2033 running 5k all max out and i'm still getting over 70 to 90 fps but never tested in 8k since i don't have an 8k display. Great video as always.

This game had the worst optimalization ever and even if you crank it to the max, it looks just mediocre. Good game tho.

Just imagine a game where those beast actually come over you and bite you and actually kill you if you are not paying attention. We dont need to shoot XXX monsters in a game, we just need few and realistic.

I would stick with high+No AA for this game in 8k
