Why isn't there any tape lines visible? especially on the hood where there was no protection up front, and 4 top qualitiy glasscoats have even protected the unprotected paint who was under the tape?

There seems to be a missing link in your findings, but maybe not.
Your top pics include several at $75-150. But you also inclues, Griot's, Adams, and Last Coat at under $30.
So Pan, are you really saying we might get roughly equal performance between say Griot's spray, and Glassparency or even Geon Cancoat? Hard to imagine, but facts is facts!

Have had good results with Hybrid Solutions Graphene Flex wax and like it as it's own topper. However, I used as a topper on Ceramic Graphene Paste Wax and did not have good results at all. Streaking and cloudiness even with a damp towel to try and level. Applied on cool (60's F) cloudy day. My next protection will be with a ceramic coating, either Armor Shield lX or Cerakote. I didnt see this video initially when you put it out. So now, quite a bit of time has passed since this test was done. However, it is still relevant and was a video I enjoyed quite a bit. I never used a true ceramic coating. My car is garage kept all the time and I wash it atleast once a week if not two. Its a black SUV. I use and experiment with all kind of toppers. I use a DA polisher to start using traditional waxes and polishes as my base, then use the toppers. With that being said, is it ok to use various toppers each time I wash my car? Or, do I only do that if I was using a "True" ceramic coating? I am a bit afraid to put a true ceramic coating on. I thought about having a professional who has a lot of experience with coatings to do it.

Awesome test! Would it be a good idea to put TW Flex spay over their CERAMIC ACRYLIC BLACK CAR POLISH and use it as a touch up? Or would it be wiser to use the Flex Wax spray after TW 1 & Done Professional Polishing Compound Correct & Finish? Trying to use your links to get everything I need for my 1st attempt at paint correction and protection on a brand new black vehicle. Thanks!

It's nice to see 303 getting some more recognition these days. I've been using the og protection for 15 ish years and most people still get in my truck and are impressed with how my truck interior has held up for a 15 year old truck that is externaly looking pretty beat in the PR of NYS.

Would you say the Turtle Wax Graphine Flex wax has greater durability. Compared to Turtle Wax Ceramic spray coating?

Based on what I saw GP really made it, then Adams. The price difference will be were this two products differentiate, two excellent products one better then the other but also more expensive.

I have been using THE LAST COAT for two years. Great customer service and I love the product. It does what it says. Highly recommend it PLUS their "AMP" but that is all I have used.

would there be any problems using a graphene spray ceramic coat on top of an existing professional normal ceramic coat?

Hey Pan did I completely mess this up? I applied the Ethos pro ceramic wax (basic ceramic wax) underneath Adams graphene wax. All consumer grade wax. It's been 4weeks and was gonna spray the Adams graphene spray on top.

There are a lot of fabric ceramic coating. But do they work please?

This is a great effort.. but, couple of things you could consider.
1) Always have like 2inch area between products. It will act like calibration of some kind.
2) Water will fall off sooner on vertical planes than horizontal, a lot. Again, empty spaces to comparison will show the difference and you could measure the proportion, but.. you can also use smaller squares and use all products on similar planes and have one square with no product for comparison.

touchless mirror finish please, stay slick has a video on it. The application is 2 to 4oz in the foam cannon fill the rest with water and you can get 2 to 3 cars out of a foam cannon.

Really interesting comparison. I feel like there was perhaps some kind of initial bonding issue with the NV coating though; I’ve seen that perform much better after a longer period of time (with little to no maintenance).

In use griots. I do my car every 6 months. Spring and fall . Buffalo NY . Seems to work well. Griots also sells a car wash that I used on my mothers car which had nothing on it and it gave it a good coating for a few months.

Tops sprays groits 3 in 1 ceramic wax, maguires spray one and on top I believe was turtle wax graphine flex and 303 but was tacky . (Winners for spray on coating and durability)

the problem i have with 303 is the bottle nozzle getting clogged, so I transferred it to a screw open bottle, then i apply it to my applicator then to the paint.

I use 303 nano and like it. Live in ohio, typical winters.

I tried dpgr4 was pretty impressed, was it ever tested?

I was rooting for Griots, 303 and adams. I just bought the 303 to try, I have used and recommend Griots to friends because it can be used as a drying aid which makes application super easy for non detailers. I just like adams prodcuts.

303 has their 303 detailer spray that does a graphene topper on top of 303 graphene coating and others as well. Turtle wax has 'clean & shine', and 'pure shine', but neither is similar to the 303 detailer spray, right? So it would seem that if you wanted to use the Turtle wax product, the combination 'turtle-wax-graphene-flex-spray' with the '303 detailer' as a topper every couple of months would be the preferred route, or am I missing on an equivalent product from Turtle wax? And while I'm rambling, does using the 303 detailer extend the life of the original base product? Or just make sure it makes it to the claimed duration? Thanks in advance.

That Griots product seems to be getting great reviews for real world durability. Also the Adams. The 303 seems to get mixed reviews. Sonax also has one with good results. Just got done doing my own paint correction on my 911, threw my original C Quartz away that I planned on using in favor of a cheaper nano age that absolutely destroys the old C Quartz coating in real world testing. I’d be tempted to get the 3.0 but kinda feel like those guys already got my money

I'm really torn on if I want to use the Turtle Wax Graphine Flex Wax, or AvalonKing Armor Shield IX. I'm planning to do a full exterior detail on my 2015 Titanium KIA Sorento SX Limited. It's never been detailed, @ 85,000 miles. Paint and body are in excellent condition, no apparent fade or damage. I live in the Midlands of South Carolina. Any recommendations?

Curious what you are planning to follow up on this test.
Since so many coatings are beyond the point of failure and others are near,
Are you considering adding a topper to any/all of them(except maybe the bottle coatings used on the hood)
Or,
Are you considering letting them all go without any additional coatings until your next review?
Or, maybe you'd consider starting over with a completely new selection of products? If you do this, it might be an interesting episode showing how you remove the existing coatings.

Am making my final decision to apply to a newly purchased used car (2015).
Not saying what my final decision will be yet, but you covered at least 7 products I evaluated based only on descriptions and reviews, 2 I disregarded quickly, 3 which I placed in a "close but no cigar" tier and of the top 3 I am considering you covered 2.
The one you didn't cover was
WEIRUIXIN 10H Ceramic Coating 3.0

Durability is a major characteristic I want in my base coating, the more convenient coatings can be used for maintenance. I understand that as long as the topping is similar in composition to what is below, mixing different products should not be an issue.

Not sure how the products tested were selected but it's a fairly good representation of what I've found based on articles and searches.
