I forgot to mention in the video, that a freediver who did equalization in MRI is Adam Stern, the link to the original video is in the description.
ОтветитьMy problem is I can't equalize head down. Air just won't go in the tubes I don't know
ОтветитьThanks for the video mate!!!
ОтветитьYou always deliver valuable information and techniques in a efficient and easy manner. Keep the great work rolling my dear.
Ответитьthx sergei
good vidz as usual : short, clear, structured
i wasted many weeks trying to frenzel eq withoit controlling my glottis first,...
keep going on !
thumbs up (already subscribed)
Good job man!
ОтветитьThank you for the instructions Sergei. The live stream is a good idea.
Ответить👍👍👍
ОтветитьIt’s weird I can frenzel equalize every time on dry land because my diaphragm doesn’t move but when I get in the water it’s a different story.
ОтветитьWow this is by far the best explanation I’ve heard of how to do frenzel. Thank you for your good work
ОтветитьLive would be good
ОтветитьHello sergey....
ОтветитьThanks a lot, greetings from México
Ответитьtop.👍👍👍 grazie sono con te per fare la live sul frenzel 🤗👍👍
ОтветитьThanks for sharing very useful tech and tips for Frenzel equa. With T or K sound training can raise tonque and larynx up the build up pressure right and then I would tryto open soft palate to let air to nasal cavity
ОтветитьI am new to freediving. 20 years ago, I broke my sinus (bicycle accident) and it healed slightly unevenly. Any issue with doing Frenzel if my sinus cavities are not normally shaped?
ОтветитьThank you very much for your excellent explanation.
Until now I was making a mixture of valsaba and frenzel, and I didn't know what I was doing.
I follow your channel with great interest.
Oh my God! I just realized it takes me less effort with the t-lock. Basically, now I make sure to have the glotis closed and do the t-lock. When we start thinking about tongue posistion thats when everything gets complicated with no reason. Glotis closed+tlock=frenzel. Thank u very much for the great video!!!
ОтветитьVery nice thanks
ОтветитьOmg thank you. I watched so many video and only yours worked for me!
ОтветитьThx Sergei! So far best video for sure! I'm just curious if you have a recommendation for the position to practice the exercises you mentioned? Like lay down, sit straight up or even try to get upside down somehow? TIA
ОтветитьMore tutorial plss
ОтветитьThank you! I was able to do it at the end of the video! Great tutorial
ОтветитьIs it normal to have a leak of air in our tear duct during pressurization? Coz inhave in my left eye.
ОтветитьHi Sergey
I 'd like to know if in just first few meters of dive, while practising frenzel , can I pinch my nose over mask to have a solid equalization in the beginning of the dive
Thanks for the very detailed description!!!
Ответитьrevolutionary
ОтветитьNice video apart from the horrible bell sound. It hurt my ears I watch wearing earbuds
ОтветитьI was struggling to learn Frenzel, but this video enabled me to learn it much faster! Thank you so much!
Ответитьthis is the first time that I did frenzel after many months of attempting. 🥹🥹🥹 your video is the best tutorial for total noobs 🫣 thaaaanks
ОтветитьI dont understand the K position. I can make rhe sound with my tongue pressed against the center against the roof of my mouth but my larynx doesn't move. This is from years of calling horses.
Any tips?
Are your ears supposed to pop the same way they do in valsalva? Or is this more of a subtle equalization technique?
ОтветитьSo basicly we can breathe underwater but with what we have in our lungs?
ОтветитьThanks for the great content
ОтветитьAwesome video, I can do this naturally somehow but i didnt know how i did it exactly so now i can practice it and get better!
ОтветитьI actually didnt know if i was doing valsalva or frenzel....but from what you told in this video looks like im doing frenzel....but when i tried baloon exhale trough nose i fail so that makes me question if my frenzel is actually propper or am i doing some kind of valsalva-frenzel hybrid...i actually havent dived that deep yet so i cant test if my equalization works in depths greater than 10m...i can equalize with full exhale and my abdominal muscles are stationery but sometime i can feel some little movement if i put my hand there but this doesnt happen always....i learned everithing by myself just diving so no instructors or any other help😅
Could it be possible that i can do frenzel and fail at baloon nose exhale?
By the way you got new subscriber you have really good in depth videos
ОтветитьTank you very much genius
ОтветитьI DID IT! I DID IT!!! HAHAHA thank you!!!
ОтветитьLive stream is a great idea. Thanks for all your awesome videos, truly life changing. Cheers from France
Ответитьthank you! i think im slowly starting to get it
ОтветитьI have always been able to work some muscle that makes my ears "click" and my tubes open and equalize. Does this have a name?
ОтветитьI would love life talk about equalization. Please let me know :)
ОтветитьAfter 12 hours of scuba learning, this is the only time I'm able to equalize. This video made it possible!!
Ответитьdo you have fb page or any links for your livestream? so that I can attend
ОтветитьYou just refined my Frenzel and now I know what is actually going on in there!
ОтветитьHelped a lot; I'm a beginner and I used to use "swallow technique" but it just work at the top of the water and when I dive at 2-4 meters my ear drum starts to disturb me and my swallow technique just doesn't seem to work in the bottom. So far the frenzel technique seems to be good and easy yet I need more exercise and practice in the water because out here everything seems to work and proves otherwise in the sea 😂 Thank you indeed
ОтветитьGood job man. Thanks for these.
