Our greenest ever new-build, Bromley Place, Nottingham | Unite Students Student Accommodation

Take a sneak peek into our new Nottingham property. Bromley Place, our 271-bed city centre building is set to open for the 2024/25 academic year: https://lnkd.in/eAPNJNaH

Our first new-build development tailored towards postgraduates, the property has newly designed bedrooms – which include bathroom pods with larger showers – and will host impressive amenity and study space.

It will also have the lowest embodied carbon of any development in the company’s current and recent pipeline.

Tom Brewerton, our Group Development Director at Unite Students, said: “The property has been designed to appeal to postgraduate and returner students and we look forward to welcoming students to Bromley Place in the 2024/25 academic year."
