The fastest I've drove was on the autobahn in a 500whp Ford Explorer Eco boost, i went 173mph and it was terrifying but fun; I couldn't imagine 190mph, in a Pagani no less!

it‘s insanely disrespectful to exceed speed limits the way in which it is done in this video. going close to 200kph outside of the autobahn results in harsh punishment. german courts have recently revised their decision making in high-speed accidents and consider consequences of street racing crashes as murder/attempted murder. as a german, it is incredibly disturbing to watch this video. the price of a car does not, in no way allow this level of cockiness.
