ОтветитьThank you so much for the great video. I've been doing it twice a week for about 6 months now, and I can feel my core is more stable than it used to be.
One thing that kinda bothers me is that the video doesn't seem to be getting any easier. I was hoping eventually it wouldn't be such a struggle! In fact it even feels a little harder than it did originally. Any idea why? Am I not getting stronger?
Does this help with osteoporosis?

ОтветитьLove that there is no counting and it is quiet except for the clock telling you the change is coming! I’m recovering from some injuries and I love how many of these are on the floor, it was much better for my injury to work that way. Thank you!!

Day 2: I’m use to these types of things feeling like 10 years lol but I’m bad at balancing
Day 3: it’s hard but I’ll prob get better throughout days
Day 4/5: I did workouts I just forgot to report it-

ОтветитьThis workout’s challenging especially with the iso holds but achievable and being slow and controlled helped me focus more on form instead of just reps. Good stuff Juice and Toya!
