Aliens do exist on other planets as per Indian VEDIC texts and Puranas. But important point is that such aliens are in spiritual plane and not in Physical plane. If this an ISRO scientist and this is what his understanding is about alien communication and then following up by saying NASA is sending signals then I feel sorry. Firstly, signals are sent by SETI, second communcations received were radio signals (can be pulsars or other space events) and third completely disregrading mexican hearing without knowing that there were lab testings on those fossils. Now he's a propulsion expert what is his understanding on advanced propulsion system! I am unsure if he's aware that rocket propulsions won't take us different star systems.
