What does that mean?


I’m a foreigner. I want the PR. I’m documented and I also contribute with the local economy.
Am I included in the “ALL” group? Or is it only the ones with no legal permit to stay in the country?

By the way, who are those undocumented ones?
Refugees? Asylum seekers? Is their asylum claim legit or just an excuse to live in the land and do only God knows what?
What about the ones who applied for a visa extension and were denied or are still waiting although their current visas expired? Are they considered undocumented? If so, will they get a PR as well?

It’s interesting that it’s said that undocumented folks contribute with the nation economy. How so?
If they don’t pay taxes (file for tax income), how can the government knows about their financial contribution for sure?

Anyway, it’s not wise to allow people from other nations to stay in the country with no legal permit but, many things must also be considered before giving free PR to everyone, especially the ones who just entered the country or the ones who already came in illegally.

It might not be enough, but I guess the ones who’ve been in the country studying and working for 2 or 3 years legally without government assistance should be prioritized in the PR and citizenship process.
