you dont need to drop hp / armor while giving it to dummy xD simply pressing it does the job it adds stats to last dummy you hit xD takes no time to press hp 20 times and armor ones 10 times.

RIOT buffing the shit out of pantheon makes sense because it's the only champ they can play below emerald.

Seriously:
1. a champ that can be played all roles
2. Strong at each stage of the game
3. Can buy any item in the game
4. Has no counterplay below Emerald elo (a majority of riot employees).
5. Has a point and click CC ability that giga scales for some reason.
6. Has built-in Armor Reduction. You would think he's a tank buster, but... You also have to realize it also works against no armor champs.

Wtf is wrong with riot ? Pantheon wasnt super op but i sometimes played him into good matchups and was an A tier champ even without complete mastery, but those buffs are like ksante champ design level.
