They sold me a ticket for a bus that was already cancelled, leaving me stranded in Santiago with no way to cross the Andes. And to add insult to injury, I was even kicked out of Starbucks when I tried to use the restroom! This video documents my disastrous experience, from the initial excitement of seeing the ceremony to the panic of being stranded and the desperate scramble for a last-minute flight.
