Salif Mane wins gold in triple jump at Olympic Trials

Salif Mane claimed the men’s triple jump crown at the 2024 U.S. Track and Field Olympic Trials on June 30, 2024.

Mane, a three-time All-American at Fairleigh Dickinson University, beat back a veteran field, including three-time Olympian Will Claye.

Shortly after winning the men’s triple jump with a leap of 57-5 and 3/4, Mane was gracious to speak to News4usonline Editor Dennis J Freeman about making the American Olympic team.
