Latvian Anna Lee is amongst the many thousands of people displaced from her home in Ukraine by Russia’s ongoing War. She is one of the artists behind Club Styles Events in Ukraine and also runs a DJ school (both of which are currently suspended) & is an important artist in the Ukrainian trance scene. The title of this record is clearly indicative of her personal circumstances and make this a poignant release. The 138bpm ‘Long Way Home’ is very emotionally charged, its minor-keyed melody pushes the emotive message of this record home.
