My middle kid is autism and I’m stressing out of what to give him for school cause he’s really picky one. He doesn’t like when food is cold it has to be warm. Making him pancakes or muffin put some sprinkles or chocolate chips. Jesus Christ it’s not working. He didn’t like it. Now I’m requesting my husband to buy frozen chicken wrap in Costco and their muffins cause i think he would definitely eat it at school.. it’s not easy to be a mother.. all mother there we can do it….!

You could send them with a plastic water bottle from the big packs of them, since they loose the re usable ones 😅

Tip for apples and bananas - citric acid powder. It’s cheap to get a jar of it. Put a bit maybe a teaspoon in some water and let the fruit sit for a bit doesn’t have to be long. Dry it off and they won’t get brown. I like this better than lemon as it’s just easier than cutting and squeezing.

I am very surprised you are allowed to use peanut butter in school lunches. Most schools in the UK ban peanut butter or nut products due to the risk to those children with a nut allergy. The sausage dish is a traditional British dish called Toad in the Hole. Although, we most definitely don't eat it with syrup. That is very American.

Don’t give Gatorade zero!!!
It has awful sucralose in it. And it can cause bloating, gas, diarrhea and can disrupt the natural good bacteria in the gut.
