My restaurant is situated on Langkawi Island in Malaysia. Lately, I've observed that Google Maps is not accurately displaying grand total of new reviews. For instance, I used to have 1104 reviews, and within a week, I gained at least 10 more reviews. However, the total displayed on my Google Maps listing only shows 1103 reviews instead of 1114 reviews. It seems like Google may be removing old rivews or counting reviews in reverse.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue before? What might be causing this discrepancy? I attempted to send an email to Google Maps support, but I received an auto-reply stating that the email address is no longer in use.

On a related note, my neighbor's Google Maps listing lost over 18 reviews overnight with no apparent reason. Any insights or comments would be greatly appreciated.
