The dude that plays the drums they had a1 hr special on just him is called Kevin’s 5th on not to long ago sure you could find it somewhere. I’m not going to spoil it for you. Try looking at the timeline of the group because the Bass has changed! The new guy does have a fantastic voice, just not quite as deep as the original guy! Try listening to "Sound of Silents". I think you will like it!

Their voices are the instruments so there's 5 of them.

I bought tickets to their first and show they've done in my country, it was supposed to be in 2020 but covid came so it was last year.
I got my parents to go too, they werent too excited seeing an acapella band but ended up loving it. I knew their concerts are unique and that made me even more excited.

You should check out Carol of the Bells or Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy. Both are mind blowing and intricate. They mimic instrumentation so perfectly.

The tall blond guy is Scott Hoying - Baritone; the girl is Kirsten Maldonado, Mezzo-Soprano; the guy with the hat is Mitch Grassi, Counter-Tenor; the bearded guy with the turban is Avi Kaplan, Basso-Profundo; the Beatboxer is Kevin Olusola, Tenor/Cellist/Cellist-Beatboxer. Scott, Kirsten, and Mitch met in a high school in Arlington, TX. After graduation, they went to different colleges and majored in music. They got back together to enter a TV singing competition called "Sing-Off." However, the competition required 5-member groups, so, Avi and Kevin came into the group via referrals. The video was shot at the California Mojave Desert. There are no leads, they all take a turn singing lead. Scott covers for Avi when it's Avi's turn to sing lead. Their name is Latin; Penta means 5, and tonix means tones.

This group is in my opinion @ top of their class ❤

The Prayer is a must. You must hear this. God sent us 5 beautiful voice , and hear the are.. I saw them live and it sounds the same.

Avi (the guy in the knit cap that you thought was bass) is the bass. He has a great range but he can hit low notes that almost no one can. He is classically trained. I miss him since he left the band.

When Avi sings, Scott takes over the bass.

Hello I watch all of your BTS content🥰 they are my loves, and I also love my Pentatonix, they have been around for years also.

Pentatonix is not a band (bands have instruments) but a group The Live is even better

Avi is the bass he just happens to have an amazing range. Scott is the baritone, but if Avi is singing baritone, then Scott takes over and sings bass

The beat boxer is named Kevin. He doesn't sing often (he is the procession for almost all songs so he doesn't have a lot of free time in songs to sing) but he does do a verse here and there. He was the least experienced singer of the group when they got together. But he is also one of if not they most multi-talented of the group. He seems to have perfect pitch and has a nice tenor voice (more traditional vs Mitchs center-tenor). He also plays cello on some songs which is one of the few instruments they have in some of their songs (they also sometimes add violin which is normally played by Lindsey Sterling when she colabs with them from time to time). All of them could be solo artists (Avi the base has left the group and now does a lot of solo stuff as well as colabs with other artists. And Kevin has his own channelwhere he dies some solo stuff and Mitch and scott have a channeltogether which they sonetimes do some music stuff together on).

Mitch is the guy after Kirsti and he has a 6 or 8 octave range. Avi (base) and Scott (first songer) switch base accents when Avi is singing.

I just came here to comment after years of watching this video over and over that literally we love the initial reactions because they're so vivid. So just continue to react crazily and happily and everything that you can for every video of every kind especially Pentatonix and they have billions of followers. But just continue to let the excitement go through you and show it on screen and people are looking for real human emotions. We don't do that anymore we kind of sat there and say oh my God I almost cried instead of I cried or whatever. I'm going to go look at some new stuff after this video but I'm addicted to this one
