ОтветитьI’ve always had “smaller” calves for how big the rest of my body is but they’ve been defined. Walk uphill and once a week do a leg press variation and put like 3-5 plates on each side to do calf raises. That’s easily the best way. All the raises and sh*t are useless. Need to train calves heavy like you would any other body part.

I'm overweight now, but even when I was fit I had huge calves... my mom days it was from ballet lessons as a kid. I can't even wear tall boots and have horrible circulation.
I have tooth sticks sized calves and if I train them really hard at best they look close to normal size. Literally 90% of all I know have bigger calves than me and they dont even work out.
