If Russia held Alaska it would be plausible 2 scenarios:

1) Alaska would skyrocketed Russian economy allowing peasants to migrate searching new economic horizons and taking over Klondike's gold fever wealth, imploding most of the instatisfactions that detonated Russian revolution...

But it would be hard because Royal mismanagement didn't skyrocketed places with similar resources like Urals region (gold, coal and oil) or Yakutsk (full of diamonds)... menawhile the Russian aristocracy don't allowed internal migrations (it was punished severly in many regions under Tzars period)

2) Most of White russians would escaped to Alaska searching a way to escape from Communist persecution, advantaging Alaskan geographic isolation, and attracting Russian diaspora from Manchuria and Korea to prefereable destination rather than China or later the Japanese puppet states as Manchukuo

Some similar scenario as Taiwan was an escape for Kuomitang nationalists, cultural minorities and non-communist people

White royalist Russians never liked Capitalism and Free markets as way of National management (because their purest roots for +500 yrs was essencially pure Authoritarism), but searching Canada or USA protection these countries would influetiate some management ways to make Alaska an viable state as byproduct of Russian Empire collapse
