ОтветитьIf you divide the batter in 1/2 and use 2 pans the bake time would be closer to right. And it will lighten up the outside of the bread as well. Also, if you ever do over bake something but want to save it, immediately after taking out of over cover the dish completely (like aluminum foil) or baste w butter and then cover immediately while hot it will lick in that steam and keep it moist. But great job on video

ОтветитьI looked and looked and looked for the nicest recipe and I love yours 1. It doesn't take too much flour. I added walnuts, raisins, and Chia Seeds and substitute the sugar for Erythritol. It's delicious

ОтветитьGreat recipe, very moist and delicious. Sometimes I add a little cinnamon to the bread mix. I prefer to use nuts. I love to put butter on hot bread or heat it up to melt the butter; absolutely delicious. Thank you very much for having your hair pulled back. I hate seeing people cook with their hair flopping around the food. No one likes to find hair in their food.
ОтветитьMy issue is over mixing and getting a gummy center. Also I feel like I’m measuring to much flour by doing from bag to measuring cup. I’m going to remake mine mixing less and spooning the flour in to the measuring cup to get more accurate measure. Can’t wait to try again. Just wish I knew how much is over mixing🤔🤔🤔
