What I didn't like is that you recommended Deadlift for beginners and Athlean-X as source.
1. Especially beginners struggle to get a good form, this is why doing Deadlifts is way too risky in my opinion.
2. Athlean-X has contradicted himself way too often, probably because he is running ouf of content... I recommend Jeff Nippard for science based fitness content!

ОтветитьYou cannot replace deadlifts with leg presses (even if you add seated rows): one is an hip hinge movement and works mostly hamstrings and lower back while the other target quads and it's more similar to a squat

ОтветитьOkay. But a question is resonating in my brain. So, if you need to add an extra weight or rep each time/most time you do workout, then what will happen after a long time period? The weight will increase to a very high level and the rep number will be such that it will take a much more time. But that's not the thing an average person wants.
