The King James Version of the New Testament

The King James version of the New Testament was
completed in 1611 by 8 members of the Church of
England.

There were (and still are) no original texts to translate.
The oldest manuscripts we have were written down
hundreds of years after the last apostle died. There are
over 8,000 of these old manuscripts, with no two alike.

The King James translators used none of these, anyway.
Instead, they edited previous translations to create a
version their king and Parliament would approve.

So, 21st Century Christians believe the “Word of God”
is a book edited in the 17th Century from 16th Century
translations of 8,000 contradictory copies of 4th
Century scrolls that claim to be copies of lost letters
written in the 1st Century.

That's not faith. That's insanity!

The Bible promotes or condones slavery, misogyny, violence and intolerance. It is rife with contradictions and debunked claims.

Here's some in-context verses on just slavery alone:
"If a man beats his servant with a rod...and he remains alive a day or two, he shall not be punished; for he is his property." (Exodus 21:20-21)
"-From the nations that are around you, from them you may buy male and female slaves. Moreover you may buy the children of the strangers who sojourn among...and they shall become your property...your permanent slaves."(Leviticus 25:44-46)
"And that servant who knew his master's will and did not...do according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes." (Jesus Himself in Luke 12:47)

The Scriptures clearly sanctions beating, whipping, and selling men, women, and children as permanently owned property.
The Bible is plainly immoral OR it's messages are so vague and subject to misinterpretation that it loses all credibility on just lack of clarity alone.
Lacks morality OR lacks credibility.
Pick one and choose wisely.

You really can’t truly explain the Bible if it isn’t a book made for you. Not everyone is to be saved so it’s understandable how an ignorant mindset could come about.

So with this logic, if god created everything and everyone... why did he create satan? Why did god created evil? Why did god created us as an imperfect creatures who is capable of sins? If god truly loves everything he created why he made everyone fight and made him remember by creating war and blood? If he is everything and everywhere, he talked with people before why not show himself now? Why couldn't he kill satan himself? Why did he expect people to worship only him, is he jealous, selfish, immature and Insecure? If he judges us for sins, who judges him for all the atrocities he is committing against innocent children who didn't sin anything and still died because of disease? Why he is killing millions of babies with his disease he created? Why tf should I care about anything in this accused world he created? It's meaningless and pointless, did he created us just for his personal enjoyment and entertainment???

Did I miss something in the video presentation? Exactly how is it that someone can become a member of the Church, which is the Kingdom of God on Earth? Do I want to be a part of that? Oh, heck yeah! If I understood correctly, then it is through Baptism. God is ruling His Kingdom from Heaven THROUGH the Church? So now we must obey the Church? Which Church exactly? Oh, it must be the One True Church that Jesus founded 2000 years ago with the coming of the Holy Spirit on Pentecost. Doesn't history tell us that the Catholic Church is the Church founded by Jesus 2000 years ago? So to be Baptized into the Church is to be Baptized into Jesus. So without Baptism then there can be no relationship with Christ and His Church. OK, I think I got it.
