Full mobilization for Ukraine does actually matter. Ukraine's very existence is at stake. If that's not a reason for full mobization what is? It also shows the West that Ukraine will do all it can and the West should support as much as it can. I hope you just meant that Ukraine cannot match Russians numbers. Either way Ukraine should mobilize all the troops they can, even if that means lowering the mandatory age to 19 or 18 as does the West during a draft.
