can we toggle Doze off so we can get notifications? I have emails in my inboxfor hours before i get a notification, everything is disabled yet nothing happens, when i unlock the phone!

Hello can I ask when you click on wifi under (available networks) do you find the list of nearby wifi options only displaying those with strong signal as it only shows a couple on my device.
