Really wish we'd go back to morrowind or daggerfall skill and spells system with elders elderscrolls, I felt skyrim lacked on many thing, ell even the armor system was better .. being able to wear multiple layers and each piece of gear be enchantable

Can you please talk about properties of the game instead of contents? I am yet to find out whether upon installation on PC via Steam I will be able to play it. I ask because I was unable after purchase to play GTA 5 because it demanded the access to a particular and unchangeable email-address's Rockstar account which I do not possess. Thus I would really be pleased if you or anyone just made a 1min video on "Now I open my Steam. Now I click the Play Button for the first time. And now X is what happens." Show me X !

The character attributes reminds me alot of Outer Worlds. That game is short but very well detailed in its mechanics nd gameplay, hoping this one is the same if not better 😁

I literally have no interest in ship customization, ship combat or base-building, but everything else is amazing!

On the topic of #9, that’s just something in a lot of space ship games. Elite dangerous and Starwars squadrons have Engines, Weapons, and Systems as the three power assignments. The fact there are six in star field just seems a little complex for the tiny amount of time you spend in dogfights.

I'm fucking tired of people defending by making the excuse. "It's a Bethesda game". You basically saying the game is trash because it's a Bethesda game. Bethesda makes great fucking games. Starfield is not one of them. Period. It's being a Ferrari collector/driver and the new one comes out trash and you make the excuse for them oh well it's only a Ferrari. Makes no sense like shut the fuck up. You're proving everyone's point and actually degrading Bethesda in same stroke... if you truly love Bethesda as I do you'll tell them when they fuck up instead of calling a golden turd anything but a turd.

Beginning the video with "whether it turns out to be good or bad"....I wonder how many big releases from Sony or Nintendo you did this with? "Get you money's worth" with 40 hour main quest?? What about SpiderMan's 10 hours, is that worth the money? Combat is night and day from previous games, and is exactly what you would expect from a fps. You can also steal or take ships and keep them. Landing on planets got tedious after doing it a few times in NMS so I'm glad it's a cutscene in Starfield. This was a deliberate decision by Bethesda. They tried it, but it was tedious and didn't playtest well. Procedural generation is indistinguishable from handmade nowadays. At any rate, there are 100 habitable planets with flora, fauna, ecosystems, multiple climates, POI's, towns, resources, quests, settlements, secrets, easter eggs, etc.

Just got my first new ship from some Va'Ruun dudes who landed near me while exploring. I had no idea i could sneak aboard and take ships until i did, ive been avoiding so much spoiled info on this game. Now im a pirate. 😊

What they don't tell you
If you are on a planet and a random ship lands, try and see if you can pick the lock on its ramp and go inside. You are comepletely free to take it if its empty! Just pay a fee register it and its yours to do whatever!

It’s garbage

I preordered and started playing it early, I have to run it on low settings with 50% res to get a decent frame rate… needs to be fixed asap

I'm not even mad about elite dumping us console players now. This game is the shit. The fact that Vasco the robot will mime back the player entered Name to you when addressing you is such an immersive element to an RPG game that I've wanted so badly

It's huge. I'm still learning things as I go. I just barely figured out where my cargo hold was so I had to juggle my inventory on my character

No vehicles on land 😢. Doesnt feel like youre actually exploring 😢. You can't actually fly anywhere 😢. No flying inside the planet 😢.
