I'm disputing an ebike battery from ViViebikes that paid from the website and got a used returned battery dirty and scuffed from another customer with letters inside from the customer and from service support, and when I complained they said is not used but got scuffed and dirty in shipping blaming FedEx it's been 2 weeks and still no return label from them , what can I do? Customer service is terrible

I just got this bike and the battery lock doesn’t work at all. It turns but it will not lock the battery in. does yours do the same?
