this would be the perfect sequel to joker.

I mean the Batman in the script didn't kill, soooo I mean his violence is more accurate than Burton's.

You would think that Batman, in his first year would, I'm all probability, have suffered a wound or two that he might carry with him for a while! It wouldn't surprise me to know that he'd have had oral surgery, and others, maybe too extensive for Alfred to handle. It would seem that most normal people in the DC universe, would have to have SOME injuries that might keep some of them sidelined.

i’ve read the script. i want an r rated batman movie but this script...did not feel like batman. felt more like crazy steve in all star batman and robin. then again this was written by frank miller went crazy

I read the script and its dark as hell.

If there's some way to connect this Batman to Joaquin Phoenix's Joker, then I'd be down for this to finally happen.

for me this makes much more sense... Instead of a Bruce who grew in a mansion protected by wealth and big walls unaware of how the underworld works a Bruce that grew in the streets knowing every play in the book until reaching the peak.

So apparently some of this script ended in the Nolan trilogy and a bit in the Bat vs Sup from Snyder. Anyway most of those Batman movies are inspired by Miller's Year One and Dark Kight one way or another. No script writter or filmaker seem to be able to ignore what he brought to the character and mytho
