Mind the doors; doors closing, and steadily off to London! EMR Class 222 at Nottingham - Departure -

The weeks fly, and so do the uploads. As I try to upload 4 videos per week (One during the week, and on Friday, Saturday and Sunday), as well as rotating between Dutch, UK and German footage, it doesn't feel like it's already been a week since I uploaded my Voyager footage at Manchester. But just as that upload was, this one is a scoop for the channel as well...!

Last week I shared the first ever footage I shot of a Voyager, and today I share my first footage from Nottingham, as well as my only Meridian recorded at the station! That is more of a coincidence than intended, but the fact that Nottingham is the other end of the Midland Mainline, where I opt to stay at Sheffield for my central UK holidays around the MML. Anyway on to today's upload!

First I wanted to cut the beginning of the video since it takes so long for the set to depart, but I noticed the closing sequence of the door was also on tape, and decided that would make for some interesting footage, so I decided to keep it in! After closing, the Class 222 Meridian, of operator East Midlands Railway departs the station on a stroll, making for some low rpm diesel sounds. Always a joy!
