ОтветитьI am 10 weeks pregnant and have been listening to my body and resting from being sick all day every day during this first trimester. Today is the first day in 6 weeks I have been able to do a workout, and this was the perfect challenge for me. Thank you for your great, encouraging content. The pregnancy quotes of the day are a game changer for me during the workout and mentally aided me to finish the workout. Mahalo from Hawaii!

ОтветитьI'm 34 weeks pregnant & my dad said to me the other day I'm doing really well. He was surprised that at this stage of my pregnancy I'm moving around & have no complaints. I told him it was because I've been doing your videos since I found out I was pregnant. So thank you sooo much for helping making my 1st pregnancy a wonderful time. I truly believe staying active has had a huge impact on how I feel 😊❤️

ОтветитьAmazing!! I've been doing pregnancy workouts but any of them are so dynamic as yours. I loved that! Finally I feel like I'm actually working out and sweating in just 20 minutes! I know pregnancy is a delicate moment in a woman's life and workout without knowledge can be risky... but as soon as my baby is healthy and I feel good to be more dynamic, why not? Definitely I'll keep following up your videos 🥰 Thank you for share your knowledge and your energy ☺

ОтветитьIm doing this workout since im 26 weeks pregnant! and its so exhausted feeling.. But i feel so strong enough and i feel so comfortably, tired but i guess good for me to loosing my weight and then for fast delivery😊

ОтветитьHas anyone tried this at 36 weeks. I am current at 29 weeks but wants to continue till the end of my pregnancy but not sure if I will be able to. What other videos would you guys recommend for 36 weeks? It should be bit tiring and not just stretches

ОтветитьIm 15 weeks pregnant now. I started your workout from 6 th week when i got to know that iam pregnant. Everyday i do it. N iam able to maintain my blood pressure and sugar level. I also follow low carb diet. N i feel very good nowadays.

ОтветитьI started doing your workouts around 10 weeks pregnant. I was so exhausted and nauseated, but your workouts were the only thing that made me feel better! I am currently 17 weeks pregnant and I hate missing a day of your workouts because I enjoy them so much:)

ОтветитьIt's March 12th and I'm 7 weeks pregnant with my first! My husband and I are very excited but I've never felt so sleepy in my life, and that's coming from someone that has suffered with insomnia for 20+ years. I stopped exercising soon after I found out I was pregnant (sleepiness played a part in it). I'm sure I just need to get back into a safe workout routine again! These look lovely and I'm sure I'll enjoy them 😊❤
