ОтветитьPlease spare mind that you have people of all ages especially people with disabilities who have low paying jobs and you can’t charge much on them or you could get in big legal trouble and if there’s any damages or anything is broken or maintenance needs to be fixed or whatever or somebody gets hurt on a property it’s gonna be on you and you need to be able to pay that team to fix whatever property it is and you need to be able to pay your fines

ОтветитьI am currently taking my courses and starting to get a little stressed about what is to come in the future, and although this was very realistic and didn’t necessarily calm those nerves lol it was extremely informative and I feel so much more prepared for what I’m getting myself into! Hello Chloe: Just want to give you some feedback. Your AUDIO is terrible. You sound like you are speaking through a pipe that is underwater. It really detracts from all your GOOD content and USEFUL advice that you give. I would advise a small lapel mike ($30-$59, Sony, Audio Tech., etc) that would make your pitch really shine. I couldn't get through your entire video because of these audio issues. I have seen thousands of presentations (live and online, Zoom, etc.). And sometimes there are excellent speakers / presenters that almost totally wreck their work with poor audio. I will try again to listen to the rest of your video after I take your audio track and filter / process it to make it listenable. Keep it going. Just fix your audio. You will see the difference.

We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for....

ОтветитьI would say SAVE money first! I know that sucks but my husband and I had $10,000 saved when he decided to get his license and with all the monthly expenses and realtor fees on top of that we ended up going broke. We were down to our last five dollars in our account. It was a very difficult time so much stress and so many tears. And then he finally closed his first deal six months later and that saved our butts!! … 2 years later now, I have been so inspired by him and now I’m going to get licensed soon! Really estate changed our life for sure!

ОтветитьAll across America, real estate prep companies and brokerages are taking peoples' money, knowing full well the real estate industry is saturated with too many realtors. There are millions of agents in America, because it's so easy to get licensed. How is anyone suppose to make money in an industry like this? Moreover, the number of houses to buy and sell is significantly low and the vast majority of homes in America are poorly constructed. All the homes look the same and buyers are complaining about America's overpriced, cookie-cutter houses. Where is a realtor suppose to muster up the motivation to sell homes that are such poor quality? Realtors who earn a little money spend far more on lead generating and marketing than they get in return. I would not recommend this job to anyone who cares about an efficent use of his or her time.

ОтветитьIt's so so so tough in the beginning in this field and I think that's why it has such a high turnover rate. But stick it through, that's when it becomes so worth it! I'm in the thick of it myself.
