This show has such an unlimited level of madness, which, combined with comedy, nasty/gore moments, and general idiocy, creates an ideal basis for the "Evil Dead" as a horror franchise. It seems like you should be scared, at least from demons that can inhabit your body, from Deadites that can easily rip your head off, from giant Godzilla like Kandar, who, with one of his fiery breaths, can level the whole humanity to the ground... But despite all this, you get fun from the awkwardness and absurdity of everything that is happening, from the dumb actions of characters and most importantly directly from the humor of Ash himself.

I wish to god we'd got just one more season of this show ...just to tie up ash's story ...I thought it was a great continuation of the evil dead franchise ...I'd also love a spin off ..maybe after ash's is taken by the knights of sumeria kelly , Pablo and brandy hunt for ash while fighting evil

i love the fact that ash is not really powerful or smart but what makes him perfect for killing deadites is that he doesn't get scared by them at all. He's just grown to be annoyed by them

This TV show was definitely the best iteration of Evil Dead. Hilarious, pretty thrilling, and has some decent jump scares/spooky moments.
