ОтветитьThis was the dumbest thing I’ve seen in a while. He didn’t even close the guy. There was no contract signed, money wasn’t exchanged or anything that would remotely be considered a close. Also, 800k a month isn’t 3 million a year; it’s 9.6 million. I truly feel bad for the idiots in the room clapping for this con artist after he did absolutely nothing. They truly believe paying this man is going to make them money. It’s so sad.

ОтветитьListen, I have nothing but respect for Grant Cardone, but what if someone else called it would have been a different story. I mean when Grant makes the call and says who he is most people know his name and are amazed that Grant himself is on the phone he carries a ton of weight and throws around the word guarantee, well. I'm unsure how he could guarantee anything out of his control.

So, just ... clearing it out. That also means that in the next two mounts the company will generate 1.6 million . But this also means that the profit from these two months is also 30 % percent for each month. Meaning 240000 $ in profit (actual) - was my assessment accurate ?
Overall the conversation was more about sales than anything else - in the head of the buyer there's only notion on 'how much they will gain in total'
