ОтветитьYou got me through anatomy in medical school. Now as an IM PGY1 who just got a uworld question wrong about pneumoperitoneum, I am back here to review the peritoneum anatomy (something that has always confused me, but finally clicked when I had originally watched this video). Thank you for all that you do!
Ответитьman, you are great

ОтветитьSir visceral pericardium is also not having any pain Forbes then how is patient having pain in angina and mi??
ОтветитьIts my first time commenting on a yt video. you are awesome.
ОтветитьThese vids are just like sitting in a classroom. They are so good. When I was younger and l'd see someone with a gargantuan pot-belly, - I'd say to myself, - "The dude's a beer-drinkin freak, or he's just way too sedate, or,
geez, cut-down on the donuts man" - Totally not true. Many of these people are carrying around a condition called Ascites. Nothing at all to do with beer or over-eating or whatever,. well, kinda,
if their Ascites is a result of Cirrhosis.
Dealing with this is a nightmare. You'll have to go in maybe once a week to drain all that fluid that normally would be handled by your liver and kidneys. And when a lot of fluid (and the SG is big-time greater than water) gets to be too much, it looks horrible. Your muscle tissue atrophies, you look like super stick-thin so much that your arms and legs are like toothpicks, your butt just disappears. The balloning in your stomach gets so huge, veins in your stomach stick-out, and your bellybutton completely pokes out, it's awful. They can drain upwards of like, - 20 liters if it becomes too bad. Take care of your liver and kidneys, cause if it gets too bad, they'll have to keep you drained, -
it's called a Paracentesis. And your other organs get beat-up at the same time. Proteins aren't metabolized and ammonia can build-up in your blood and cross the blood-brain barrier, and Encephalopathy results (just a word, basically meaning your brain is whacked-out) poisoning it, and man, the scene is scary big-time. This whole thing is super complicated, I don't really understand it at all. It's at home, so I've seen all this stuff. I say this cause it's the Para- however you spell it that ends up collecting what your organs can no longer process. The human body is a miraculous machine, and it's a bit more delicate than you might think. If you abuse it too much (it's delicateness is only matched by it's recuperative strength) failure can result, and new organs won't really be available for maybe another ~ fifty years. Geeezz, all I really wanted to say was Great video - thanks 👍
Thanks! Well done. Good sound effects and graphics, pronunciation, enunciation and no stupid music! Well done!

Ответитьi think if someone wasnt fisting the balloon then not having enough fluid would only be an imaginary terror.
