doing a shoulder dominant movement is not really hitting the muscles which are located in arm; I would recommend doing more movements which are ellbow dominant with a neutral pose

ОтветитьHi @annietaylor I've lost my triceps since in in my 50's I've worked out since in 19 and still do 4 days a week I box and when its not snowing or below 0 in Chicago I jump rope but I can't seen to tighten them up!! HELP!!!! PLEASE!! OH AND CONGRATS ON YOUR BABY!!! 😘

ОтветитьLove a full tricep workout please. I am 73 and love 5 min workouts. Still suffering from arm sag after losing 4 dress sizes but its getting better slowly. Also can you do one for windows hump correction, Covid has made mi e noticeable.
