Dear Annie,
doing a shoulder dominant movement is not really hitting the muscles which are located in arm; I would recommend doing more movements which are ellbow dominant with a neutral pose

Ive been doing her bye bye batwings and noticed a big difference in 3 wks .i need to do the underarms as i look like a flying squirrel atm so im going to do these .

Wow only 5 mins and my arms were burning I used 5 lbs and had to switch to 3lbs lol thank you 😊

WOW, Annie, first off you are adorable and seem so down to earth. I enjoy your videos. I am in my early 60's and just started toning up again with the 4 minute arms and have been browsing through your other videos. I feel great!!!! Happy to know you. Tata for now.

I am 57 and have found these exercises amazing! I actually look forward to doing them. Annie is so upbeat and encouraging and people are so impressed with how my arms look now. A big difference from my former arms. Thank you Annie!

Hi @annietaylor I've lost my triceps since in in my 50's I've worked out since in 19 and still do 4 days a week I box and when its not snowing or below 0 in Chicago I jump rope but I can't seen to tighten them up!! HELP!!!! PLEASE!! OH AND CONGRATS ON YOUR BABY!!! 😘

Love a full tricep workout please. I am 73 and love 5 min workouts. Still suffering from arm sag after losing 4 dress sizes but its getting better slowly. Also can you do one for windows hump correction, Covid has made mi e noticeable.

Thank you! Thus was actually kind of fun. I did the 5 min arm (the one where you are wearing the blue shirt) I did that one for about two months and my arms are most definitely stronger.

Omg tried this for the first time just now, I did maybe half since I had to keep stopping, my arms have always been the weakest part of my body and these hands down burnedddd, every one of the exercises burneddd, from the first to the last lol

I thought, oh I’ve been going to the gym and can do 10 lbs no big deal, but my 3 lb weights for 5 min straight was a NOPE from me 😂 excited to do these daily and get better ❤
