What amp is that?
ОтветитьThank you so much for this, and also to Herr Pipper. And to everybody involved in making this video happen! What a fantastic historical documentation and comparison.
ОтветитьAmazing job! Be proud of your incredible work! Looking forward to buying your pickups!
ОтветитьHolymoly... thanks for sharing ✌🏻
ОтветитьBravo for your courage👏👏👏
Very nice video , thanks ❤
ОтветитьFirst burst sounds the best. No contest
ОтветитьI took just enough German 30 years ago in high school combined with the universal language of guitar players to pretty much understand what was being said. All three gorgeous instruments and they all sounded incredible.
ОтветитьCongratulations ❤
ОтветитьAmazing!!! the guitars are special ando this amp is... killer!!! complimenti!!
ОтветитьGreat introduction, very heartfelt. Congratulations on achieving these goals. Very inspiring.👍
ОтветитьI admit I love the sound of your guitars/pickups more than the original 59 LP.
This really put things in perspective for me. I know you make great pickups but man, this is another level and specter of colors you got there (if I may say so).
8bomb ->Javelin goldie -> 57gold -> 59lp
lol u start talkin about how "someone can confuse this with modern reissues, but for me..." and I did not expect you to be younger than me. i'm not sure i understand, though. these are OBVIOUSLY superior to reissues, but the 2019-present VOS CS Reissues can look damn convincing in many finishes... personally, I prefer plan tops, a nice plain top can have plenty of unique grain that gives it a lot of personality. i think that's one thing the Gibons CS can do like nobody else... make those old finishes, make the guitars actually look (almost, ofc) as good as the originals.
i just wish it wasn't $5200 for a 58 VOS Reissue...
очень вдохновляюще! awesome video, inspiring and motivating. Proud of you my brother ♥
ОтветитьYeahh ... Mr. Udo Pipper is a true bluesman playing three-finger performance technique 🥰.
Comparison was ... unbelievable, sometimes I couldnt guess what guitar is playing just now, so similar they sounded with this awesome cabinet! BTW "unplugged" checkin' was also wonderful, just splandour!
Your explorations are unique and so accurate! Congrats from the heart! ❤❤❤
How exciting was that !! WOW. All 4 of those guitars are truly fantastic sounding Rock & Roll machines. That 57' is in a class all by itself. Great work Dr. Nitro. 🏆
ОтветитьGreat video! Your guitars sounds very similat to original, maybe originals have more harmonics and more volume in its sound. Keep on rockin'!
ОтветитьYours sounded just as good and looked better than the original
ОтветитьПрикол в том, что мне ваш Лес Пол больше понравился ) Хотя я могу оценить гитару по звуку только в живом миксе
Ответитьwhat a fantastic video have a wonderful day ❤😊
Ответитьthey all stand toe to toe, they're all very excellent and they're all doing their own sort of thing!
because at the end of the day the 50's and early 60's gibsons necks and pickups ect were all a little - to Very much different at times.
there are in fact taper neck 58's and there are big necked 60's. there are underwound and overwound PAF's because they were all by hand and they were wound to the key of : "That looks about right".
The fact that an 8ball is so good in similar company just means he's doing it right. it just depends at this stage in the game what You the player would want in an old guitar. that's what counts. They're different enough that you will find 50's gibsons you do and do not like 100%.
Love the video my friend.
👍👍🍺 amazing.
ОтветитьLove this video Dr. Nitro, your guitar sounded just as good or better than the real 59.
ОтветитьSurprised by how fat and full the 57 sounded. usually those sound more like single coils, but not this one
ОтветитьOne thing i will say is this proves the quality of Dr Nitro and 8bomb custom guitar and pickups. Excellent.
ОтветитьI feel like I'm already in the perfect realm as a vintage re-limiter.🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
ОтветитьControversial feelings... At first glance 8Bomb sounds more clear, but then original guitar sounds tastier. I need to relisten and to rewatch tomorrow. Any ideas?
ОтветитьI must say you've spent years perfecting your work and it really shines here. Mr. Pipper has an extraordinary amplifier that he's using also. The tone coming from those guitars and amp is truly awesome, it is "the" sound.
ОтветитьТам другое дерево, других годов, другой атмосферы, другой выдержки и сушки, все это создает магию звука Ну не будут так звучать современные новоделы
ОтветитьJavelin sounds amazing ❤
ОтветитьI listened several times between the original lemon drop '59 and the Stephanie and much to my surprise Stephanie definitely hung in there!
The differences were minimal IMHO. and that is really good news if you ask me because i am not going to have $500K anytime soon!😁
There are two 59's on reverb right now for $450K! Ouch!
What pedal did he used?
Ответитьmy take on this is you do excellent work and Udo is a badass guitar player , really enjoyed that :)
ОтветитьJavelin GT sounded so sweet! You have completely nailed it!
ОтветитьI am Burst a guy but i have to admit i have heard a few old Gold tops that just scream and Bark like there is no tomorrow!
ОтветитьToo many beauties in one video 🙌🏻
ОтветитьThis Channel is pure 🔥🔥🔥 for lovers of the '59!🤘
ОтветитьAre you from lithuania?
ОтветитьYour passion and enthusiasm is so addictive! I love your knowledge and experience and the humble way you share it with us. Best wishes my friend.
