You dont need an adhesive skin. They have plastic ones that cover the switch out of the dock. Theyll fit in the dock if you stretch it. I won't chance it. I have one that makes it easier to hold. I also have a fabric dust cover for the dock thats really cool too.

I recently bought a Switch and was getting ready to return it when I saw a video that said no Bluetooth headphone support. Luckily that was patched years ago now. I solved the problem of the dock potentially scratching the screen by putting two small pieces of athletic tape (cloth tape) on the little raised places on the dock. Also kudos to Dbrand. It just goes to show how good of a company they really are. They didn't have to say anything but they chose to.

Good tip on holding home button to get to brightness

I purchased some little circular sticky felt adhesives and placed them on the inside corners of the docking station and it seems to keep it from scratching but a screen protector is best😊
