While pine flag might be the older of the two, I don't think it's reasonable to say that it's the 'most traditional' when the bluebell flag has been the official flag for FAR longer.

I think it should just stick with the flag as it is rather than spending millions (or more) to update the flag, seals, letterhead, etc.

This is definitely more engaging than the OTHER election...

I have lived in Maine for the past year - this video dropping really hit me as a "this is your home now" sorta thing. Very lovely upload, made me cry a little. I do like the new flag option! That little tree is also on our new license plates (which I like a lot less than our older chickadee plates...)

I’m from Maine and no one really flies the blue flag and I actually forgot that that was our real flag because everyone just flies the pine one. I’ve always loved the pine flag over here. We have it on a bunch hats and shirts
