Nice and informative video host, i just noticed that this type of tank has some slight resemblance to the Italian made C1 "Ariete"main battle tank.

You may be right that the Altay uses a Rheinmetall licensed 120 mm gun, but the Korean K2 tank uses the CN08 120 mm gun, which is an independent Korean design.

The CN08 gun has a shorter, thinner barrel which gives it a lower profile and better maneuverability with a slight decrease in accuracy at long ranges.
